The Ashbrook restaurant embodies an enduring elegance, presenting a menu of refined culinary masterpieces inspired by the French countryside. The sophisticated ambiance, adorned with equestrian motifs and opulent country club-style leather accents, offers a sumptuous dining experience unparalleled in its timeless charm. 

  • Breakfast service will be available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday - Friday.  
  • Lunch service will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday - Friday.  
  • Dinner service will be available from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.   
  • Brunch service will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.  
  • The bar and lounge area will serve a limited menu and high tea between lunch and dinner service. 
  • **Upon opening, The Ashbrook restaurant will only be serving dinner with breakfast and lunch to follow in the following weeks.** 

 
IN-ROOM DINING: The Ashbrook Restaurant offers in-room dining from its breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, which are available during restaurant operating hours.  Additionally, guests can enjoy a comprehensive beverage program with a selection of specialty cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. A convenient collection of in-room snacks and beverages are also available.
